Warranty Policy
The SMAJAYU GNSS RTK Receiver and Agriculture GPS System is covered by a one-year limited warranty provided by SMAJAYU (SHENZHEN) CO., LIMITED, effective from the original date of purchase.
This limited warranty guarantees that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions for a period of one (1) year.
During the warranty period, SMAJAYU will, at its sole discretion:
Repair the defective product, or
Replace it with a new or refurbished unit of equal performance and value
The warranty covers hardware defects arising from normal use, including:
Battery performance and charging functionality
Built-in antenna
Bluetooth and Wi-Fi modules
GNSS/RTK positioning and connectivity components
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, housing damage, etc.)
Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, neglect, or accidents
Unauthorized repair, modification, or disassembly
Damage caused by third-party accessories, peripherals, or software
Data loss, project files, exported data, or configuration settings
Consumable items such as cables and external accessories
To obtain warranty service, customers must:
Provide valid proof of purchase
Contact SMAJAYU (SHENZHEN) CO., LIMITED or an authorized distributor within the one-year warranty period
If product return is required:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
The device must be shipped to SMAJAYU or the original authorized distributor as instructed
Replacement or repaired products will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or ninety (90) days, whichever is longer.
